About the Role

The First Snow is a boutique stationery brand specializing in thoughtfully designed greeting cards and paper products, located in Oklahoma City. We’re seeking a Marketing & Outreach Coordinator to support the continued growth of the business. This role blends strategy and implementation, with a strong emphasis on wholesale and retail growth through outreach, brand storytelling, and meaningful customer connection. 

We're looking for someone who anticipates trends and understands how social media can build genuine connections and grow a brand. This person would exhibit curiosity, adaptability, initiative, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role is a great fit for a creative thinker who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and using digital platforms and outreach to help grow a creative business. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

  • Manage and grow wholesale accounts through socials and outreach to new retailers

  • Communicate with current and prospective wholesale accounts, respond to inquiries, and help create a positive brand experience through thoughtful and timely follow-up

  • Support wholesale campaigns

  • Monitor sales trends and help identify opportunities for growth

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Help plan and implement marketing efforts across web, email, social media, and seasonal launches

  • Support content creation and storytelling that reflects the brand’s voice and values

  • Assist with campaign planning for new collections, product launches, and key sales moments

  • Collaborate on promotional materials for wholesale and retail customers

Operations & Organization

  • Support day-to-day shop operations and fulfillment to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

  • Maintain accurate wholesale & retail records, pricing, and product information across platforms

  • Coordinate timelines across sales and marketing initiatives to ensure smooth implementation

  • Assist with reporting, inventory awareness, and general sales operations support

Important Skills

  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and an enthusiasm for social media, digital storytelling, and creative content

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • A creative eye paired with a practical, follow-through mindset

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with leadership

  • Alignment with the values, aesthetic, and heart behind both brands

  • Knowledge of graphic design in Adobe suite or Canva preferred

Primary Outcomes Focus 

The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in advancing the following priorities:

Growth Support

  • Contribute to marketing initiatives that support brand growth across wholesale, retail, and online channels

  • Assist with collection launches, promotions, and content creation

  • Review sales trends and customer insights to help inform future marketing efforts

Wholesale & Platform Expansion

  • Support the setup and growth of wholesale platforms (including Faire)

  • Strengthen systems for wholesale communication, follow-up, and conversion

Collections & Product Strategy Support

  • Collaborate on the planning, launch, and promotion of seasonal collections

  • Support sales goals for collections, including targeted sell-through benchmarks for large and small releases

  • Assist with curation and promotion of print and frame offerings

Audience & Subscriber Growth

  • Launch TikTok accounts

  • Foster genuine connection and engagement with our audience on Instagram

  • Maintain and update Pinterest

  • Assist in building systems that nurture long-term customer relationships
