Communications Strategist Ashley Small will share a brief history of the cultural shifts in communications throughout the years. She'll guide us through a candid conversation around what it means to truly foster equitable and inclusive work environments and telling stories that resonate with today's multicultural consumer. Ashley encourages attendees to bring an open mind and aims to create a space that allows for curiosity, empathy and offers a true understanding of what it means to communicate with cultural competency.

Ashley serves on the board of Women Empowering Nations, the Houston City Breakfast Club and the Memorial Park Conservancy. Through her work in the community, she has educated and trained more than 400 hundred girls and budding entrepreneurs in the areas of technology, social media and leadership development.
