Allyson Park

Allyson Park is the global vice president of corporate affairs for Mars Wrigley Confectionery. She leads global internal and external communications, including government affairs, and inspires consumers around the world to interact with some of the most beloved and delicious brands, from M&M’s® and SNICKERS® to ORBIT®, JUICY FRUIT® and ALTIOIDS® to STARBURST® and SKITTLES®. Allyson also is part of the global leadership team. 
Allyson developed her palate for confections as global vice president of corporate affairs first for Mars Chocolate and then also for Wrigley when they were separate segments. Previously within Mars, she championed favorite eats and treats for pets, leading strategic external and internal communications for the U.S. division of Mars Petcare, the world’s largest petcare company.

She’s always had a sweet spot for popular foods and beverages, as prior to joining Mars, Allyson was vice president of Worldwide Public Affairs and Communications at The Coca-Cola Company. She led global public affairs initiatives and communications about the company’s image and reputation across more than two hundred countries. Allyson also delivered major public relations and public affairs programs accelerating the company’s marketing and sustainability efforts, as well as developed communication strategies for diverse audiences. Allyson started her career as a consultant managing various accounts at Jackson Spalding Communications in Atlanta and Hunter Public Relations in New York City, for clients like Kraft Foods, 3M, Shell Oil, American Express and Orkin Pest Control.

Allyson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations from the University of Florida, where she was inducted into Florida Blue Key Leadership Honorary and was named an Alumni of Distinction. She currently lives in the Chicago area with her husband Sean and their two children, Chris and Lizzie, and two pets.

 

Anthony Quintano

Anthony Quintano was most recently the engagement editor for Honolulu Civil Beat, a non-profit investigative news website. In addition to social media, Anthony produced photo and video coverage for the site. He spent six years managing social platforms for NBC News, TODAY Show, and tech news website, Recode.net, including creating original photo and video content for digital and broadcast. During that time he has also spent training executives, broadcast and print journalists on the latest social media strategy for their professional and personal brands.  Overall he has ten years of professional social media experience with news organizations. Anthony currently lives in Colorado with his wife Kim.

Steve Soltis

Steve Soltis is a senior advisor with MAS Leadership Communication, a company he formed in 2017 with former White House speechwriter Ken Askew and Pulitzer-nominated writer Charles McNair. Soltis also is an Executive-in-Residence at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Charlottesville where he teaches leadership communication to MBA candidates.  He recently retired from The Coca-Cola Company, where he led both executive and internal communication for the past 11 years. In that role, he served as the lead communication strategist for Chairman and CEO Muhtar Kent, and was responsible for all of his executive speeches, town halls, videos, press briefings, correspondence and external and internal appearances . 
Soltis graduated from North Texas State University in 1986 and received a Master's Degree from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia in 1992. He is the author of two guide books, published by the Richmond (Virginia) Times Dispatch and The Boston Globe Company, respectively.  A member of Mississippi State University's Department of Communication Advisory Board, Steve co-founded the New Narrative Festival at that university, which explores the changing nature in which we show, tell and share stories.  Steve and his wife Stacy split time between metro Atlanta and rural Virginia.
