Faces of Change: Understanding and Managing Generations in the Workplace

Faces of Change identifies the generations of workers who are side-by-side in the workplace for the first time in history. This program will help you manage and work with Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, Millennials, and Generation Z.

During this presentation you’ll learn how to:

  • Identify characteristics of the four generations in the workforce
  • Discuss each generation’s unique contributions and areas for growth
  • Diagnose workplace issues from a generational perspective
  • Identify potential generational conflicts and help prevent them
  • Use motivation and retention tips specific to the different generations

About the Speaker

Danielle Hoeltzel

Leadership Consultant – Express Employment Professionals


Danielle Hoeltzel has been in the training and organizational development field for 10 years, with a special focus on leadership development, coaching, group facilitation, and presentation skills. Before becoming a leadership consultant for Express Employment Professionals, she worked at Chesapeake Energy and served as a human resources analyst.

With experience serving as a change manager through initiatives in medium and large organizations, Hoeltzel is a Certified Prosci Change Management practitioner, DDI Embracing Change facilitator, and “Who Moved My Cheese” Change Management trainer. Additionally, she has earned her Professional in Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute, and is a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional.

Hoeltzel’s previous speaking engagements include the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits, Junior League of Oklahoma City, University of Central Oklahoma, Oklahoma City Community College, Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition, and the Oklahoma Council for Economic Education, among others.

An active member of her community, Hoeltzel has served on the board for the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits since 2012. She is also active in the Association for Talent Development, where she has held positions as President and Conference Co-Chair. Hoeltzel has also served as a United Way Community Investment Volunteer and developed employment courses for the Education and Employment Ministries.
